Fairly clean place with fabulous staff members and city views. Location short walk to the historical centre, a beautiful park and which are separately owned. Also, to the historic district of Parma.
Beds were a bit hard.

The hotel itself was enchanting and clean and the staff were fabulous, it had excellent location to the historic district of Parma. The service was great during my stay. I used free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location: the property was near such a superb restaurant.

I had read about this hotel in the May 2011 issue of Bon Appetit. It was a little pricey for what we received. The room was clean and simple and had the best shower we used while in Italy, but the room was nothing special, especially considering the hundred euros we paid per night. Location to downtown Parma was excellent; only a 10 minute walk with an excellent gelateria along the way! Free parking and free internet (not wireless though) was the biggest draw.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff - quick check in/out. The restaurant and food is to die for - absolutely top end and good value for money.

Very nice and clean hotel. Small relatively close to the city center but well served by buses. Visitors can park just in front of the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast used to be richer a couple of years ago, excellent reataurant, strongly reccomended for dinner!
